NICK BLOWFIELDAlthough brought up land locked in the South of England I have always have had a fascination with the sea. On my gradual migration North, I finally moved to Orkney and took up sea kayaking. I am now a sea kayak Junky..... my wife a kayak widow!

Brought up on the Island of Shapinsay in a small cottage on the shores of Elwick bay I am happiest in or on the sea playing in all sorts of boats. kayaking is now a large part of my life I help run Kirkwall kayak Club, mainly enjoying sea kayaking but also playing Canoe Polo, surf and plenty of socialising!
